Fried Green beans with Minced Garlic!

A delicately garlic flavored green bean side dish.  An excellent accompaniment to any meal.

Fried Green beans with Minced Garlic!

4 cups fresh or frozen green beans (if frozen allow to thaw completely before cooking)
4 tablespoons butter replacement (I use Nuttelex Original)
3 tablespoons minced garlic


In a frying pan on medium high heat, add butter and let it melt. Once the butter is melted and slightly sizzling add the green beans and let sit. Stir the beans occasionally until slightly browned. Once slightly browned add the garlic and continue to saute.  If necessary add more butter replacement. Once the garlic has “melted” remove from heat and serve.  The beans tend to shrink quite a bit during cooking.
