Gluten Free Crispy Hot Wings

These Gluten Free Crispy Hot Wings are just that.  Dipped in your favorite allergy friendly hot sauce straight from the frying pan they are sure to satisfy those who enjoy hot spicy chicken!

Gluten Free Crispy Hot Wings

Ingredients:
6 chicken wings
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon thyme
1 cup superfine rice flour
2 eggs whisked
1 tablespoon milk (A2 protein, lactose free, rice milk etc)
1 bottle allergy friendly red hot sauce
Sunflower Oil to fry

Directions:

Take a frying pan and fill it about half way with oil and heat on medium high until it is at 350 degrees fahrenheit.

While the oil is heating up place the flour and into a bowl and mix in the seasonings.

In a separate bowl mix together the egg and the milk.

Next take the chicken wings fold, rinse and pat dry with a paper towel.

Coat the wings in flour then coat them in egg and then once again with flour. Once that is finished set them aside until the oil is fully heated.

Once the oil is fully heated coat the wings once more in flour then put them into the oil to fry.

While they are frying get a bowl of the red hot sauce ready. You need enough hot sauce in the bowl to fully coat the wings.

The wings will take about 10 minutes to cook. To double check take a thermometer and check that the internal temperature is at 165 degrees fahrenheit if so they are finished.

Take the fried chicken wings out of the pan and place them onto a rack then once they are all out place them into the prepared red hot sauce bowl.  Make sure to coat them completely and enjoy!
